One of our many projects of 2008 was the remodel of 515 NE royal court. the actual construction began in May and finished in October. We feel lucky to have had such a great team: our architect, Adrienne Goodwin of ConstructDesign and Matt Thomas and Marcel Schmaedick of Modern Organic Construction.
