To celebrate, we went out to dinner with Laurie and Ivy, and we gave Una some rice cereal, her first solid food. After weeks of watching us eat with wide-eyed focus, she had a very lackluster level of enthusiasm about the whole thing, but she did eat some of it. Also, in celebration, we finally bought Una a dresser. It's cute, made of wood and was 54 bucks. You can't beat that. Now i just need to figure out how to get it home.

Una - you are getting even sweeter each day!! (didn't know that was possible). clyde has lots of eating advice for you. yesterday he had french toast for breakfast (which he helped to make) and today oatmeal with cream and pecans. so hang in there!
