On Saturday, we met Alex for a walk in Forest Park. It turned out to be a lovely day, and we had a lnice walk in the woods. Una really enjoyed it, and walked most of the way.

One of many amazing gifts that he has shared with me over the years is his ability to see and appreciate beauty in the most unexpected places. It reminds me of what's really important and keeps me grounded and present. i also like the idea of the combination of two seemingly incompatible elements, and the beauty that may well result.
